Returns & Refunds Policy

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product arrived defective, incorrect, leaking, opened, or unusable.

Cosmetic dents to tins

• Small dents or cosmetic marks may occur during transport.

• If the tin is sealed, unopened, not leaking, and the olive oil is unaffected, this is considered cosmetic packaging damage.

• Cosmetic packaging damage does not qualify as a damaged-product refund or replacement claim.

Damaged, incorrect, or unusable orders

• If the product arrives leaking, opened, severely damaged, unsafe to use, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

• Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
