Dalmatian Underdog was founded by OPG Ivan Atelj from Zadar with a passion for producing high-quality olive oil in the heart of Dalmatian coast of Croatia. Our journey began with a realization of the rich heritage of olive oil production since the ancient roman times in the biggest eco town in the country and this region - Nadin . We wanted to share our local flavors with the world.
